About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Well Integrity Engineer to ensure the safety and reliability of their wells. This hybrid role, based in Wolverhampton , offers a mix of office-based analysis and remote work flexibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing well integrity management systems, monitoring well performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position is crucial for maintaining operational safety and environmental protection in the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage well integrity management systems (WIMS).
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for well integrity issues.
- Plan and oversee well integrity testing and monitoring programs.
- Analyze well data, including pressure tests and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for well integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field operations teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in well integrity or related fields within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of well construction, completion, and intervention techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.
