Key Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and stress calculations using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
Design and develop new aircraft structural components and repair schemes, ensuring optimal strength, weight, and cost-effectiveness.
Investigate structural failures and damage, providing detailed reports and recommending effective repair solutions.
Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance teams to ensure successful implementation of structural designs and repairs.
Develop and review technical documentation, including stress reports, repair manuals, and design specifications.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aerospace materials and structural engineering techniques.

Requirements

Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Significant professional experience as an Aircraft Structures Engineer .
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., NASTRAN, ANSYS) and CAD tools.
Strong understanding of aircraft materials, fatigue, fracture mechanics, and structural integrity principles.
Experience with composite and metallic structural design and repair methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
