About the Role

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the supply and sale of vehicle parts and accessories to both internal workshop staff and external customers. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and supply correct automotive parts for workshop technicians and retail customers.
• Process parts orders accurately using dealership management systems.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist with stocktaking.
• Provide expert advice to customers and technicians on parts compatibility and availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders and deliveries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar role, preferably within the automotive sector.
