You will be responsible for managing the inventory of vehicle parts, assisting both internal mechanics and external customers in identifying and purchasing the correct components. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and supply vehicle parts to mechanics and customers.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Process orders, invoices, and payments using the dealership's computer system.
• Provide expert advice to customers on parts compatibility and availability.
• Manage stock rotation and ensure parts are stored correctly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a parts advisory role or similar, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts and their applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using stock management software.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment in Sunderland .
