About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Brand Manager to spearhead the development and execution of brand strategies for their diverse portfolio of FMCG products based in Birmingham . This exciting opportunity involves shaping brand identity, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external agencies, to bring brands to life and achieve ambitious growth objectives within the competitive FMCG landscape, fostering a strong market presence and consumer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify brand opportunities and threats.
- Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring profitability and effective budget allocation.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop compelling brand communication materials.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and report on key insights and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role within the FMCG sector .
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching new products and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer trends.
- Excellent project management and communication abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
