Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement drilling fluid programs tailored to specific well conditions and objectives.

- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for drilling crews encountering fluid-related issues.
- Conduct analysis of drilling fluid samples and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Manage inventory and logistics for drilling fluid additives and equipment.
- Ensure all fluid operations comply with environmental regulations and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Drilling Fluids Engineer or Mud Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of drilling fluid chemistry, properties, and functions.
- Familiarity with various drilling techniques and their associated fluid requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues remotely.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with field personnel and management.
