Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, shipping, and returns.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficient stock management across all sales channels.
• Develop and implement operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor website performance and liaise with technical teams to resolve any operational issues.
• Implement and manage customer service policies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
