You will be involved in all aspects of plant care, from propagation and cultivation to landscape design and implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement horticultural projects, including planting schemes and garden layouts.
• Care for a diverse range of plants, including trees, shrubs, flowers, and herbaceous borders, ensuring optimal health and vigor.
• Manage plant propagation, cultivation, and nursery operations.
• Control pests and diseases using integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
• Oversee irrigation systems and water management for horticultural areas.
• Supervise and train horticultural staff and volunteers, ensuring high standards of work.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in professional horticulture.
• In-depth knowledge of plant identification, physiology, and cultural requirements.
• Experience with garden design principles and landscape implementation.
• Proficiency in pest and disease identification and management.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
