You will be involved in all stages of horticultural practice, from propagation and planting to pest control and landscape maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, plant, and maintain diverse ornamental and edible plant collections.
• Implement effective pest and disease control strategies using integrated pest management (IPM) principles.
• Manage irrigation systems and ensure adequate watering for all plant species.
• Propagate plants from seed, cuttings, and other methods.
• Oversee landscape maintenance, including pruning, weeding, and soil improvement.
• Advise on plant selection and care to visitors or other team members.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field.
• Proven experience in practical horticulture, covering plant care and cultivation.
• Knowledge of plant identification, physiology, and pest/disease management.
• Ability to operate horticultural machinery and tools safely.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for plants and a commitment to sustainable horticultural practices.
