About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager with a specialization in Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts in Coventry . This role is instrumental in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. As a key member of the HR team, you will contribute to building a strong employer brand and establishing best practices in talent sourcing and selection for our Coventry -based operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Measure and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, with a significant focus on talent acquisition and recruitment management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in building and managing recruitment teams is advantageous.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
