Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current production methods and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement optimized factory layouts and material flow strategies.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times.

• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in industrial engineering, focusing on process improvement and layout design.
• Knowledge of Lean principles , Six Sigma, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency with CAD software for layout planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, essential for working in Derby .
