Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations analysis.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical software, and process simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
