Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the performance of key operational departments, including claims, underwriting support, and policy administration.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adherence to service standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within the insurance industry , with a strong track record in operational leadership.
