About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and efficient Insurance Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their branch in Portsmouth . You will be responsible for managing administrative processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a team of administrative and support staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily operational workflows, including policy administration, claims processing support, and customer service functions.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.

Requirements
