About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Insurance Operations Manager to oversee their operational functions in Liverpool . You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency improvements, and ensuring the seamless delivery of insurance services to policyholders and brokers. This leadership role requires a blend of operational expertise, process optimization skills, and strong team management capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all aspects of insurance operations, including policy administration, claims processing, and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies to streamline operational workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to insurance operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within the insurance industry, with a strong track record in operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using insurance operations software and CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
