Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of new insurance products.
- Conduct market analysis, identify customer needs, and evaluate competitor products.
- Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to ensure product viability and profitability.
- Develop product documentation, pricing strategies, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product development, management, or strategy, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, research, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage stakeholder expectations.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
