This role is central to designing, developing, and launching new insurance products that meet market demands and align with the company's strategic goals. You will conduct market research, analyze competitor offerings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge insurance solutions to life. Key Responsibilities
- Research market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new insurance products.
- Design and develop innovative insurance products, defining coverage, pricing, and features.
- Collaborate with actuarial, legal, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare product specifications, documentation, and regulatory filings.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure product compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product development, preferably within the insurance industry .
