Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants, setting performance targets and providing guidance.
- Drive new business acquisition and client relationship management within the Belfast market and surrounding areas.
- Oversee the execution of recruitment strategies for a variety of clients and industries.
- Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality candidate sourcing and selection processes.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and growth plans of the consultancy.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with demonstrable experience in a leadership or senior consultant role.
- Proven success in business development and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the Northern Ireland recruitment market and its key sectors.
- Excellent people management, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and demanding environment.
