Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee and execute complex recruitment mandates for key clients across various sectors.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with major clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and secure new mandates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Extensive experience (min. 5 years) in recruitment consultancy , with a proven track record in a leadership or senior role.
Demonstrated success in managing recruitment teams and driving team performance.
Strong understanding of market trends and talent acquisition strategies across multiple industries.
Excellent client management, negotiation, and business development skills.
Experience with hybrid working models and managing dispersed teams effectively.
