About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Lead Recruitment Consultant to drive recruitment excellence from their Belfast office. This senior role involves managing a portfolio of high-value clients, overseeing recruitment strategies, and mentoring a team of consultants. You will be responsible for business development, ensuring service delivery targets are met, and upholding the company's reputation for quality and professionalism. This is a critical on-site role within a dynamic team, based in the heart of Northern Ireland .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment projects from initial client engagement through to successful placement.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
• Manage and grow client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants.
• Drive business development initiatives to secure new client mandates.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to clients and the internal team.

Requirements

• Significant experience (7+ years) in recruitment consultancy, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing recruitment teams.
• Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
• Expertise in various recruitment methodologies and talent sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to working within our Belfast office five days a week.
