Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual budget process, providing support and guidance to department heads.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, with detailed commentary.
- Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and scenario planning.
- Implement and enhance management reporting tools and dashboards for better business insights.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.
Requirements
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with strong management accounting experience.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective for remote collaboration.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
