Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of daily mining operations, including planning, production, and maintenance.

• Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs and improving efficiency.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 7 years in mining operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of mining techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Experience with budget management and financial oversight of operations.
• Familiarity with the mining landscape in the West Midlands .
