Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze mortgage loan applications, including credit reports, income verification, and property appraisals.

- Communicate effectively with loan officers, brokers, and applicants to gather necessary information or clarify details.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Underwriter or in a similar lending role.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in loan origination software and underwriting platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in reviewing financial documents.
