Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for operational excellence and process optimization.

Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a focus on strategic leadership.
- Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred) and other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across an organization.
