Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of extensive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong focus on strategic initiatives and complex problem-solving.
• Deep expertise in advanced analytical techniques, including simulation modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement projects and delivering measurable business results.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence at executive levels.
• Experience working effectively and leading teams in a fully remote , distributed environment is essential.
