Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for industrial engineering initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Provide expert technical consultation and guidance on advanced operations research , simulation, and modeling techniques.
- Develop and implement best practices for process design, analysis, and continuous improvement programs.
- Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers, fostering technical development and knowledge sharing within the remote team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies for potential adoption to enhance operational capabilities.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong focus on strategic initiatives and complex problem-solving.
- Deep expertise in advanced analytical techniques, including simulation modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement projects and delivering measurable business results.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence at executive levels.
- Experience working effectively and leading teams in a fully remote , distributed environment is essential.
