Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of advanced industrial engineering solutions across the organization.
- Direct complex process improvement projects utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints.
- Mentor and guide a team of industrial engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Analyze complex operational data to identify systemic issues and develop innovative, long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering initiatives with overall business objectives and future growth strategies.
- Develop and implement best practices for process design, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or principal capacity.
- Black Belt certification in Six Sigma or equivalent extensive experience in leading complex improvement programs.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and drive significant organizational change.
- Expertise in advanced statistical analysis, simulation modeling, and operations research techniques.
