Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or principal capacity.
• Black Belt certification in Six Sigma or equivalent extensive experience in leading complex improvement programs.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and drive significant organizational change.
• Expertise in advanced statistical analysis, simulation modeling, and operations research techniques.
