Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop new charitable programmes and initiatives based on community needs assessments.
• Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the implementation of new programmes, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Establish and maintain monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess programme impact and outcomes.
• Prepare reports and presentations on programme progress, successes, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to secure funding for new programme development and ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programme development, project management, or a similar role within the non-profit sector.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management abilities.
• Experience in developing and managing project budgets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation methodologies is highly desirable.
