About the Role

You will work closely with beneficiaries, staff, and stakeholders to ensure programmes are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the organisation's mission. Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop new charitable programmes and initiatives based on community needs assessments.
- Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the implementation of new programmes, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess programme impact and outcomes.
- Prepare reports and presentations on programme progress, successes, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with fundraising teams to secure funding for new programme development and ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in programme development, project management, or a similar role within the non-profit sector.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management abilities.
- Experience in developing and managing project budgets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation methodologies is highly desirable.
