About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and analytical Programme Manager with a focus on Impact Measurement to join their remote team, supporting operations across the UK. This critical role involves developing frameworks and methodologies to effectively measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of our programs and initiatives. You will be instrumental in demonstrating our effectiveness to funders, stakeholders, and beneficiaries, ensuring accountability and driving continuous improvement in our service delivery, working collaboratively with project leads nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust frameworks for impact measurement and evaluation across all programmes.
- Develop data collection tools, methodologies, and analysis plans to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of programme data, identifying trends and insights.
- Produce high-quality impact reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including funders.
- Provide training and support to programme staff on data collection and impact assessment best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, or development studies.
- Proven experience in impact measurement , monitoring and evaluation (M&E), or research in the non-profit sector.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, with expertise in relevant software (e.g., SPSS, R, NVivo).
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
