Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

- Achieve individual and team placement targets for the healthcare division.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Recruitment Consultancy , with a focus on the Healthcare sector.
- Understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and client relationships simultaneously.
- Experience with recruitment CRM systems and relevant sourcing platforms.
