About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a skilled Remote BIM Architect to join their innovative and fully distributed team. This role is central to developing and implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategies for a diverse range of national projects. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models, ensuring seamless integration of design information and facilitating efficient collaboration among project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle for various architectural projects.
• Coordinate design information from multiple disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) within the BIM environment.
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and project execution plans.
• Generate construction documentation and drawings directly from BIM models.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project teams, clients, and consultants using digital platforms.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows to colleagues.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with strong expertise in BIM technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing BIM software, particularly Revit, in an architectural context.
• Proficiency in model creation, coordination, and clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles and UK building regulations.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage project deliverables effectively from home.
