Remote Catering Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and communicative Remote Catering Coordinator to manage and facilitate catering arrangements for events and clients, operating primarily from a remote location supporting operations in and around Belfast . You will be the central point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring all catering aspects are meticulously planned and executed. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a virtual environment, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of catering orders, from initial client consultation to final delivery and service, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Liaise effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and dietary requirements for events.
• Manage relationships with external catering suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Prepare detailed event briefs and run sheets for catering teams, ensuring all logistical and operational details are communicated clearly.
• Utilize company software and digital tools to manage bookings, track orders, and maintain client databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the planning or execution phases of catering services remotely.

Requirements
