Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall architecture for the company's telecommunications network, ensuring it meets current and future business objectives.
• Develop and document architectural standards, principles, and best practices for network design and deployment.
• Evaluate new technologies and trends in the telecommunications space, recommending strategic adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product management teams to ensure architectural alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide expert guidance on complex network engineering challenges.
• Ensure the network architecture supports scalability, high availability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in telecoms network architecture or a similar senior technical role.
• Deep expertise in a broad range of telecommunications technologies, including 5G, fibre optics, IP networking, SDN, NFV, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex, large-scale, resilient, and secure network infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of network performance optimization, capacity planning, and service assurance.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
