About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable Residential Property Valuer to join their growing team in Birmingham . In this key role, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and comprehensive valuations of residential properties across the West Midlands region. You will play a crucial part in advising clients on property values, market trends, and investment potential. This position requires a strong understanding of the local property landscape and the ability to produce detailed valuation reports, contributing to the firm's reputation for accuracy and client trust in the Birmingham area.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and value.
• Research market data, comparable sales, and local trends to inform valuation reports.
• Prepare detailed and accurate property valuation reports for a variety of purposes, including sales, lettings, and investment advice.
• Advise clients on property market conditions and potential investment opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant property laws and valuation standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer or Surveyor.
• Membership with a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with the Birmingham property market and surrounding areas.
