Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and features.

• Prepare detailed and accurate property valuation reports for vendors and internal teams.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property pricing strategies and market positioning.
• Liaise with sales agents to ensure alignment between valuations and market realities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer or experienced Estate Agent with valuation expertise.
• Strong understanding of the Birmingham and wider West Midlands property market.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in using valuation software and tools.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle for property visits.
