You will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, analysing market comparables, and delivering comprehensive valuation reports. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and features.
- Research and analyse current market data, including recent sales, local trends, and economic factors.
- Prepare detailed and accurate property valuation reports for vendors and internal teams.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property pricing strategies and market positioning.
- Liaise with sales agents to ensure alignment between valuations and market realities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property valuation standards and regulations in the UK.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Valuer or experienced Estate Agent with valuation expertise.
- Strong understanding of the Birmingham and wider West Midlands property market.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in using valuation software and tools.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle for property visits.
