About the Role

Our client, a leading property services firm in Coventry , is looking for a meticulous Residential Property Valuer to join their team. You will be responsible for conducting accurate and timely valuations of residential properties across the West Midlands region for a variety of purposes, including sales, lettings, and professional reports. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of property markets, and the ability to provide comprehensive and well-supported valuation reports. You will play a crucial role in advising clients and contributing to the firm's reputation for expertise and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections and assessments of residential properties.
• Prepare detailed and accurate property valuation reports for diverse client needs.
• Research market trends, comparable properties, and local area data to support valuations.
• Provide expert advice to clients, including buyers, sellers, and financial institutions.
• Ensure all valuations are compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer or Surveyor within the UK residential property market .
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) standards.
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for site visits in the Coventry area.
