Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional and accurate valuations of residential properties for sale in the Sunderland area.
- Engage effectively with potential clients, building rapport and trust to secure property listings.
- Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, market conditions, and the sales process to prospective sellers.
- Maintain a high conversion rate of valuations to instructions through persuasive sales techniques and excellent service.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Residential Property Valuer or Estate Agent with a strong valuation background.

- Must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle for property visits.
