Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of residential properties to assess their condition, features, and market value.
- Research and analyze local market data, comparable sales, and current trends to support valuation conclusions.
- Prepare detailed and accurate property valuation reports for clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all valuations are conducted in accordance with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Stay updated on changes in property law, valuation methodologies, and market dynamics affecting the Milton Keynes area.
Requirements
- Qualified Surveyor or Valuer with relevant RICS or equivalent accreditation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in residential property valuation.
- Strong knowledge of the Milton Keynes property market and surrounding areas.
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
