Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical inspections of residential properties across the region.
• Determine accurate market values based on property condition, location, comparable sales, and current market trends.
• Prepare detailed and professional valuation reports compliant with RICS Red Book standards.
• Advise clients, including lenders, buyers, and sellers, on property valuations and related matters.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, economic factors, and regulatory changes affecting valuations.
• Ensure all valuation activities are conducted ethically and professionally, upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Requirements

• Qualified Surveyor or Valuer with RICS or relevant professional body accreditation.
• Proven experience in residential property valuation, with a strong understanding of the Sunderland property market.
• In-depth knowledge of the RICS Valuation Standards (The Red Book).
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in report writing.
• Proficiency with valuation software and standard office productivity tools.
