Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and massage therapy to the highest standard.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare advice.
- Mentor and train junior beauty therapists, providing guidance on techniques and client interaction.
- Manage salon inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring treatment rooms are stocked and immaculate.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting services, packages, and retail products to clients, enhancing client retention and revenue.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times within the Leicester salon.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist.
- Proven experience in client consultation and building strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in a variety of beauty treatments, with a specialization in advanced facials or massage therapy being advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of current beauty industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
