You will be instrumental in providing a wide range of advanced beauty treatments to a discerning clientele, whilst also mentoring junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive array of beauty treatments including facials, advanced skincare, massage, waxing, and nail services to the highest standards.
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and upsell services and products.
• Maintain meticulous client records and ensure adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Mentor and train junior therapists, providing guidance on techniques and client care.
• Manage appointment scheduling and inventory for beauty products, ensuring smooth operational flow.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist, with a strong portfolio of services.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Expertise in delivering advanced skincare treatments and utilizing sophisticated beauty equipment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished demeanour.
