Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of advanced beauty treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and nail services with precision and care.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide expert advice on skincare and beauty routines.
• Lead and mentor junior beauty therapists, providing training, support, and performance feedback to ensure consistent service quality.
• Manage stock levels for beauty products and treatments, ensuring efficient ordering and inventory control.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and salon areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist, with proven experience in advanced treatments.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare, product ingredients, and the latest beauty industry trends.
• Strong client consultation and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team, and a commitment to professional development.
