Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, massage, waxing, nail care, and makeup application.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell products.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and ensure the salon environment is clean and inviting.
• Mentor and train junior therapists, providing guidance on techniques and customer service.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately using salon software.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist.
• Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments and product knowledge.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a salon environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
