Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of strategic process optimization initiatives across the enterprise.
• Develop and apply advanced analytical models and simulation tools to identify systemic inefficiencies and predict performance outcomes.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing workflows, supply chains, and operational systems to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Drive the adoption of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams in project execution and problem-solving.
• Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations clearly to senior management and stakeholders globally.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Industrial Engineering , Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in process optimization, industrial engineering, or operations management, with a strong focus on complex systems.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling , simulation software, and optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale improvement projects with demonstrable ROI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and Industry 4.0 concepts.
