About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards, delivering exceptional experiences for athletes, visitors, and staff, and managing all aspects of daily operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the sports facility, including scheduling, maintenance, and event support.
• Oversee a team of facility staff, providing training, performance management, and ongoing support.
