Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sports Facility Manager to oversee operations at a premier sports venue in London . You will be responsible for ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards, delivering exceptional experiences for athletes, visitors, and staff, and managing all aspects of daily operations. This role requires a proactive leader dedicated to operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction, contributing to the venue's reputation as a leading sports and entertainment destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sports facility, including scheduling, maintenance, and event support.
- Oversee a team of facility staff, providing training, performance management, and ongoing support.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the venue.

Requirements
